Privacy Policy

• Posters: phone number (OTP-verified), business/shop display name, listing content.
• Job seekers: phone number, name, and any profile details you choose to add.
• Contact-reveal log: when a signed-in user reveals a phone number we record who revealed it, when, and from where.

Solely to run the marketplace: publishing listings, connecting candidates with employers, preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Consent is recorded per purpose, versioned, and revocable.

Phone numbers are never shown publicly. Pages display a masked form (e.g. 098200****); the full number is disclosed only to signed-in users, under daily limits, and every disclosure is logged. You can see who accessed your number.

• Access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
• Unpublish your information with one action — removal is immediate.
• Withdraw consent; processing for that purpose stops.
• Candidate data tied to unsuccessful applications is deleted unless you opt to keep a profile.

Listings expire after 21 days; candidate profiles auto-unpublish after 30 days unless renewed. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure; contact data is isolated from public queries at the database level.
