By using HiringVietnam (hiringvietnam.com) you agree to these terms. The platform is an open marketplace connecting employers and job seekers in Ho Chi Minh City. We publish listings; we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through them.
Posting rules
- Post only real, currently-open roles for which you are the hirer or an authorized recruiter.
- If you state a pay range, it must be truthful.
- Strictly prohibited: charging candidates any fee or deposit; collecting or holding identity documents; multi-level-marketing recruitment; misleading job content; discriminatory requirements contrary to the Labor Code.
- One phone-verified account per poster. Listings expire after 21 days unless reconfirmed.
Moderation
Listings are screened automatically at submission. We may hold, de-rank, remove, or suspend accounts and content that appear fraudulent or unsafe, and we act on user reports. Suspension decisions can be appealed by email.
Fees
Posting and browsing are currently free. Job seekers will never be charged. If paid visibility options for employers are introduced, a basic free listing will remain.
Liability
We work to keep listings safe and genuine but cannot guarantee any listing, employer, or candidate. Verify independently before paying anyone anything — legitimate employers never charge to hire (see our Safety page).
