Job-search safety
Never pay a fee, never place a deposit, never hand over your original ID (CCCD) to get a job. A real employer pays you — not the other way around.
Warning signs of a scam listing
- “Easy work, high pay” (việc nhẹ lương cao) — far-above-market pay for no-skill work.
- Any request for a deposit, uniform fee, paperwork fee, or “refundable” hold.
- Being moved to Telegram to do “online tasks” — liking videos, confirming fake orders.
- “No interview needed, start immediately” combined with unusually high pay.
- A request to hold your original ID documents.
What the platform does
- Every listing is screened automatically at submission; suspicious posts are held or demoted.
- Every poster verifies a Vietnamese mobile number.
- Phone numbers are masked; reveals are logged and rate-limited.
- Reports from users who actually contacted the poster carry extra weight, and repeated credible reports hide the post.
