Platform Operating Rules

These rules govern the online job marketplace at hiringvietnam.com, operated by Den Digital LLC (USA), with a Vietnamese entity in formation in Ho Chi Minh City. The platform connects employers (“Posters”) and job seekers (“Candidates”) in Vietnam.

Anyone may browse without an account. Posting a listing, revealing a contact number, applying, and reporting require a Vietnamese-mobile OTP-verified account. Each listing runs 21 days unless reconfirmed. New accounts start with one concurrent listing; more slots are earned by responding to applicants and are never sold.

Every listing is screened automatically at submission (fraud-pattern text analysis, pay plausibility, posting velocity, account history). Outcomes: published immediately; published with reduced visibility; or held for human review. Prohibited content (candidate fees or deposits, ID-document collection, MLM recruitment, false information) is removed and repeat accounts are suspended. User reports from people who actually contacted the poster carry extra weight; listings crossing the report threshold are hidden automatically pending review.

Posters warrant their listings are real, lawful, and truthful, and must never charge candidates anything. Candidates must use contact details solely for job applications. The platform maintains screening and reporting systems, protects personal data per the Privacy Policy, and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through listings.

Candidates: 0đ for every feature, permanently. Posters: basic listings are free; if paid visibility options are ever introduced, a free basic listing remains and this schedule will be updated first.

See Complaints & Disputes: acknowledgement within 24 hours, resolution within 3 working days (complex cases 7). Unresolved disputes may be brought to competent Vietnamese authorities or courts.

Provisions on goods delivery, returns, and payment intermediation do not apply: the platform publishes recruitment information only and processes no payments between users.
